We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Executive Assistant. Working alongside our Director of Sales you will be responsible for:

  • Reconciliation, replication, and reporting of company data
  • Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence and directing inquiries accordingly
  • Extensive email correspondence and management, contacting on behalf of the Director of Sales
  • Conducting an in-depth analysis of customer satisfaction surveys
  • Coordinating with others to ensure that the Sales Director receives proper briefing and paperwork for meetings, visits, and events
  • Assisting the Sales Director with diary and inbox management
  • Compilation and distribution of sales data
  • Collecting expense reports
  • Creation of leadership training PowerPoint presentations
  • Supporting leadership with ad hoc personal duties
  • Conducting ad hoc reporting requested by the Sales Director
  • Corporate Procurement Management
  • Matching information and documents
  • Extensive email correspondence
  • Arranging external and internal placements
  • Arranging outstation trips
  • attending meetings
  • Digital Filing
  • taking minutes experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Senior Management Support
  • Experience working with clients internally and/or externally either face-to-face or over the phone
  • Professional support experience including regular use of ICT systems
  • Support for meetings which may include arranging dates, room booking and agenda preparation, note taking, and other related tasks
